Welcome! Through virtual individualized nutrition consultations, I am committed to helping you realize your potential and achieve vibrant health. I take a holistic approach to wellness, with a comprehensive focus on nutrition, emotional balance, and natural ways to relieve stress to support optimal health and well-being.

I work from a functional medicine framework, which means I seek to find the root cause and achieve long-lasting results for a variety of health conditions. I have always had a passion for genuine connection and nutrition. However, almost 20 years ago, through experiencing my own health struggles, the two would merge together and lead me to the path I’m on today. Over the next few years after this experience, I quickly realized through my research how the foods we eat and our lifestyle choices can profoundly impact preventing, managing, and, in some cases, even reversing illness.

This experience motivated me to seek an alternative approach to my own health, and it continues to drive my motivation and passion for connection through nutrition today. I truly feel honored to be the catalyst to empower and provide hope to those seeking another way in their own health journey.
