Return to the Body:

The Unravelling

A space to exhale, soften, and feel more alive in your body through sacred practice and embodiment

April 25th - 30th 2026, Sri Lanka

This is your invitation to rest, release, and remember the abundance that already lies within you so you can reignite excitement and appreciation for your life.

With daily yoga, breathwork, meditation and self-inquiry practices, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom so you no longer need to rely on your morning coffee or search outside of yourself to feel the vibrancy of life. You’ll have tools to support your nervous system and we’ll move beyond surface-level practice into transformation through the heart.

Picture this;
Waking up with the sun, beginning your day intuitively in our open-air shala, surrounded by palm trees and birdsong.
Walking barefoot to breakfast, feeling more present than you have in months, knowing you have no meetings to attend and nowhere to rush to.

The afternoon is yours to get curious about what your body is craving - whether that’s exploring the incredible local area or indulging in restorative self-care treatments. Maybe a massage, journalling under the palm trees, walking through the rice paddies or a dip in the ocean.

We gather for a soft unravelling in the evening filled with nutritious plant based meals, in time to watch the sunset at the beach or from our rooftop shala. Feeling totally and completely relaxed.

Your body will start to exhale in ways it’s been craving for years.

Meet Your Host

Yasmin is a yoga teacher, intuitive guide, and somatic facilitator.

Her journey of expression began as a dancer and deepened in her early twenties when she discovered yoga while travelling. Over the years, her practice has evolved from strong, outwardly focused flows to introspective, intuitive movement that honours the body’s wisdom.

Yasmin blends traditional vinyasa with somatic and intuitive approaches, crafting practices that weave together the body, mind, and natural environment. Her classes are rooted in the ancient philosophy of yoga and informed by the non-dual Tantric tradition, creating space for presence and embodiment.

A devoted student of astrology and Cacao, Yasmin infuses her offerings with ritual, reverence, and cosmic insight.

Through her teaching, Yasmin invites you into a journey of self-exploration, an invitation to listen deeply, move intentionally, and express yourself through breath, sensation, and rhythm.

“My intention in every practice is to create space for you to meet your inner landscape with compassion and curiosity. To move from a place of deep listening, and return to your most authentic self.”
