Taking a career pivot, like many during the Covid Pandemic, I embarked on a journey to deepen my understanding of health and nutrition by attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. One of the most profound insights I gained there was that true wellness extends beyond the foods we eat; it's intricately connected to our overall lifestyle and mindset. This newfound passion for helping others inspired me to establish my own private coaching practice and to further secure my credentials by becoming National Board Certified through the NBHWC.
