Hello! I'm Michele (they/she)

I support anxious people navigating relationship challenges by helping them understand their feelings and responses, have difficult conversations, get out of the cycles they keep repeating, and work through conflict to build healthier, more connected relationships.

I’m a BACP-accredited therapist and a formerly anxiously attached people pleaser. I’ve been on my own journey to understand my relationship blueprint, transform my relationships, and learn how to deal with “my stuff” when it comes up. (Because of course it sometimes will; that's the nature of being imperfect humans!)

I think the patriarchy and 90s rom coms f*cked it for lots of us when it comes to understanding what love and healthy relationships actually look like. Sprinkle in my parents divorce at three, meant that good communication and skills to navigate conflict weren't something I was aware of, let alone saw modelled!

I have helped hundreds of clients feeling disconnected and frustrated in their relationships, and look forward to sharing my experience, support and tools to benefit many more people outside the therapy room.
