No problem at all. This course is designed to support, not stress you. Each e-mail stands on its own, so you can jump back in anytime. Self-love isn't a race - it's a dance. Let's boogie!
Between 2-10 minutes long, most are on the shorter side.
No, it won't. Arrogant people believe that they are better than others. Self-love means that you know you are just as worthy as everyone else. It actually protects you from arrogance because when you learn to see your own value it becomes so much easier to see the value in others too.
Not that you need protection, though, because you even asking this question (or clicking on it here, which is basically the same) means that you are in no danger of becoming arrogant. Narcissists never worry about this stuff, so you're already good π.

This course is designed for people who already practise emotional hygiene and know how to soothe and ground themselves. If you are not quite there yet, I recommend starting with my free course A Month of Peace instead. If it feels right, you might want to follow it up with A Year of Peace.
