Start with Strength Coaching

If your goal is to build strength safely and follow a clear plan, start with Foundation WERK.

This one-on-one session helps us assess movement, learn proper form, and create a plan that fits you before moving into private or small-group strength training.

Start with an Open Class

If you want to start moving, build consistency, and feel better in your body, Open Classes are a great place to begin.

These classes are approachable, coached, and flexible — with modifications always available.

How Strength Coaching Begins

If your goal is structured strength training, here’s how we guide you from unsure to confident.

Book Your Foundation WERK Session

This is where we learn about your goals, your history, and your comfort level.
You’ll move through a gentle assessment, talk through the path ahead, and walk out with a plan that feels safe and doable.

Choose the Path That Fits Your Life

After Foundation WERK, we’ll recommend the structure that best supports your goals and schedule.

For most clients, that means training at least 2x per week to build steady progress.

You may choose:
• Private coaching
• Semi-private training
• Small group WERK Hard

Whichever path you choose, your training will follow a clear, progressive plan.
