With my decade of coaching experience combined with my personal lived experience through body image struggles, excessive exercise, and punishing my body to meet society's beauty ideals - I understand exactly how young women feel when they are constantly bombarded with messages about how they should look and what they should eat - and how challenging it can be in this modern environment to develop a positive self-image.
I am passionate about facilitating workshops to help young women feel good about their bodies, boost their confidence, and build a strong sense of self-worth. Through tailored workshops, I use journaling and other fun activities to encourage self-reflection and personal growth.
Overall, it's about creating a positive and supportive space where young women can learn to love and appreciate themselves - and know that they are 'enough' just the way they are!

We hear alot about self-love, it’s a bit of a buzz word right?
But, no amount of bubble baths, online shopping or 5pm cocktails will bring you close to the level of self-love you will discover when you sit down with yourself and ask the right questions.
