Classes with me
Accessibility and mental well-being is at the heart of my classes. For Adults, I offer 3 main class types that are suitable for varying abilities and to make sure everyone can discover ease in movement and peace of mind. I also teach children when you can find out more about here.
Chair Yoga for Ease
Chair Yoga is available to everyone. You can expect soft breathing exercises, gentle movement, Yoga poses that help to build strength and fun practices to build stability. The venues I hold these classes in are wheelchair accessible with easy parking.
Yoga for Calm
My Calm Yoga sessions are focused on emotional well-being. I weave mindfulness practices throughout the session, sharing tools and techniques you can use at home. These sessions are adaptable, meaning they can be done from the floor or chair but they do require the ability to stand with use of a wall or chair for balance.
Yoga for Strength
Traditionally called Vinyasa Yoga, this is the most challenging of my sessions. It is a fast moving practice to build stamina and strength and therefore is limited to those with the ability to move from floor to standing at a steady pace. This quick pace is perfect for busy minds that have a tendency to overthink.
