A Guided Silent Hiking Experience
Led by experienced guides from InPlaninec, and meditation teachers from the Chan Center, you’ll embark on a 3-4 hour silent hike without use of technology. You'll walk on beautiful circular trails while immersed in the calming practice of silence.
Nourish Your Body and Mind
After the hike, we’ll gather for a delicious, warm vegetarian meal—the perfect way to refuel. Then, deepen your understanding with a 60-minute "Introduction to Meditation" lecture, where you’ll learn valuable techniques to carry the calm of the forest into your daily life
Resources for Your Continued Journey
You’ll also receive a helpful "Silent Hiking and Mindfulness" brochure, offering guidance on how to continue your mindfulness practice long after the trip is over.

Our Mission:
More Than Just a Hike
The SIHIMI Project is built on an idea that walking together in silence can build a stronger, more inclusive community.
We actively welcome foreign workers and people with disabilities to ensure our hikes foster real inclusivity and tackle social isolation. We are proud to partner with the Slovenian organization InPlaninec, experts in making hiking accessible for all, to support this vital goal.
Our Goals:

Improve Your Well-being:
Reconnect with nature through physical activity and a much-needed digital detox.
Equip You with Tools:
Learn mindfulness and walking meditation as practical tools for reducing stress and navigating life's challenges.
Build an Inclusive Community:
Create a space where everyone, regardless of background or ability, feels they belong.
Create Lasting Impact:
We're developing future "Mindful Trails" and an online learning platform to share the benefits of silent hiking far and wide.
