Intuitive Reiki Healing Session
When you work with me, you’re welcomed into a gentle, supportive space where you can slow down, be heard, and simply be. Each session begins with a compassionate conversation, giving you room to share how you’re feeling and what your heart and body need most in that moment.
From there, your body and energy are lovingly guided out of stress, emotional heaviness, or overwhelm and into a deeper state of calm and balance. Using intuitively chosen healing modalities aligned with your highest good, tension softens, your nervous system settles, and energetic blocks begin to release.
Many clients leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply nurtured—emotionally steadier, energetically refreshed, and more connected to themselves. The transformation is gentle yet meaningful, supporting you in returning to your day with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and inner safety.
Modalities may include Reiki, Ho’oponopono, sound healing, aromatherapy, crystals, or a nurturing combination of these—always guided by what your body and energy are asking for in that moment.

Animal Reiki Session
Animal Reiki sessions are guided by your pet’s comfort, readiness, and natural rhythm. Sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes, with up to 30 minutes of active treatment, allowing time for your animal to settle in and feel safe.
This gentle work can support pets experiencing stress, anxiety, behavioral changes, recovery from illness or injury, transitions such as aging or loss, and emotional sensitivity. Reiki may help calm the nervous system, ease physical discomfort, and encourage a sense of relaxation and balance—always honoring your pet’s unique needs and boundaries.
Please bring your pet’s bed and a familiar comfort toy. This service is available in person for dogs and cats only. Animals determine the length of the session and may not always require the full treatment time.
I will connect with you beforehand to gather more information and discuss whether distance healing may be a better fit.

Distance Reiki Session
Distance healing is available for anyone, anywhere—offering the same care and intention as an in-person session.
Please complete your intake form in advance and share any intentions you’d like me to focus on. If clarification is needed, I’ll reach out before your session. At your scheduled time, you’ll simply relax in a quiet space—no links or logins required.
I recommend creating a calm environment, perhaps with music, just as you would for an in-person visit. After your session, you’ll receive an audio recording, allowing you to revisit the healing and deepen the experience.

This container honors your healing in a focused, supportive way, with thoughtfully chosen assets and bonuses to nourish you along the way. To keep this experience deeply personal, I will only be welcoming 2–3 people per month.

Hand Reflexology
Hand reflexology is a soothing therapeutic practice that applies gentle pressure to specific points on the hands, known as reflex zones. These points correspond to different organs and systems in the body and are believed to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Rooted & Resilent
This intimate breathwork, Reiki, and sound healing experience supports you through times of transition, when emotions feel close to the surface, and your system needs steadiness. Raschel guides grounding breathwork while she and Kim of Kiralily Healing offer sound healing and gentle Reiki to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance. Held in a small, private group (max 7), you’ll leave feeling more rooted, supported, and resilient.

Relaxation Teeth Whitening
This service combines professional teeth whitening with gentle Reiki and sound healing for a calming, supportive experience. Whitening gel is applied while you rest during two possible 30-minute processing rounds.
Before we begin, we’ll review the steps, expectations, and any whitening limitations. Afterward, I’ll share personalized post-care guidance.
This service may not be suitable if you have extensive anterior dental work (such as crowns or fillings) or if it’s been several years since your last dental cleaning. If you’re unsure, please email before booking.
