Each program is 6 weeks long. After the 6-week period, you can renew it with another program, based on your progress, or keep it as long as you want. The majority of my students renew it every 6 weeks.

As a matter of fact, some of my online students are working on their one arm handstand, and some are learning how to balance a freestanding handstand for the first time.
