Our Open Group Classes
Choose the Class That Fits Your Day
Each class is beginner-friendly, capped at 6 people, and designed to support safe, steady progress.
A fun, music-driven class combining cardio and light strength work.
The first half of class focuses on cardio dance and rhythmic movement. The second half transitions into light, full-body strength training using bands, bodyweight, and light weights.
Easy to follow
