How Strength Coaching Works
1️⃣ Foundation WERK
Every client begins with a private Foundation WERK session.
We assess how your body moves, talk through your goals, and build a starting point that actually fits you — not a generic program.
2️⃣ Your Training Path
After Foundation WERK, we guide you toward the training structure that fits your life.
That might be:
• 1:1 coaching
• Semi-private training
• Small group strength (WERK Hard)
• Or a combination
3️⃣ Build Strength
From there, your training follows a clear, progressive plan.
You’ll get real-time coaching, thoughtful progressions, and ongoing support — so you can see and feel your strength improving over time.

Is Strength Coaching Right for You?
This is a good fit if you:
• Want clear guidance instead of guessing
• Are ready to train consistently (at least 2x per week)
• Prefer coaching, structure, and accountability
• Want to build real strength — not just “get a workout in”
• Are open to starting where you are and progressing over time
This may not be the right fit if you:
• Are mainly looking for high-intensity or cardio-focused workouts
• Prefer drop-in, flexible workouts over a structured plan
• Are only looking occasional or for once-a-week training
Open classes are always available if you’re looking for a more flexible, drop-in way to stay active.
